RELATIONSHIP MEDIATION
Relieve tension and improve communication, which is the key to change.
What is relationship mediation
The essence of mediation is to resolve conflicts and communication-intensive situations in interpersonal relationships. The result may not always be complete agreement, but often a new way of communicating and setting boundaries that brings relief and can transform, strengthen and improve the relationship.
Common topics include:
- Conflicts between partners or spouses
- Disagreements between parents and children
- Tense neighbourly or intergenerational relationships
- Problems in the workplace — between colleagues or teams
Further information on the process and general benefits of mediation, including fees, can be found in the Mediation section.

/ Virginia Satir
