COLLABORATING TEAM
More perspectives, balance and expertise.
For a broader professional perspective and diversity of opinion in mediation, I offer the option of co-mediation together with a colleague. The applicable fee for mediation will depend on the professional you choose. If you’re interested in co-mediation, please include the name of the other mediator in your inquiry.
Halka JAKLOVÁ
Mediator, Lawyer
I primarily work with couples who are separating, but also mediate in other areas where people need to understand one another and resolve conflicts. I’m trained in mediation, hold a law degree, and have many years of experience — especially in family and labour law. I have spent practically my entire career supporting people facing difficult life situations. I also facilitate support programmes for parents going through separation, and run relationship courses. I conduct mediation in Czech and English.
Jan VOVES
Couple/Separation Mediator
Mediation for partners and parents who are stuck. I studied music and after spending 13 years in the opera, I witnessed how bohemian lifestyles can shape the lives and families of people. In my next role, as a sales team manager, I ran sales and management skills trainings and personal development programmes. Now, for over ten years, I’ve been collaborating with the Liga Otevřených Mužů (League of Open Men) as a lecturer for courses such as Men’s Journey, Being a Dad Pays Off, Patron, and Family Doesn’t End with Divorce.
Mgr. Radek MOTZKE
Lawyer, Specialist in Construction Law
In my legal practice, I offer clients over twenty years of experience in construction and real estate law. I understand how lengthy construction disputes can be, the difficulty of providing evidence, and how uncertain the outcome is. So I’m convinced that agreement is the best way forward for many reasons. I am pleased to help clients reach such agreements through mediation. I mediate in English and Czech.
Mgr. Silvia BOROVSKÁ
Lawyer, Registered Mediator
I believe every conflict holds an opportunity for understanding and resolution. I’m a lawyer and mediator specialising in cases with an international element — family relationships, property matters, or civil disputes that cross borders and cultures. My goal is to help clients find solutions that work not only in court, but also in everyday life. I guide my clients both legally and through mediation to reach agreements that are legally sound and meet their personal and family needs. I speak Czech, English and French fluently, allowing me to support families and clients whose stories transcend borders.
PhDr. Dana MIKELOVÁ VRABCOVÁ
Psychotherapist, Registered Mediator
In my mediation practice, I focus on family relationships. As a therapist, I most often work with couples, but also enjoy working with families and individuals. I value the endless possibilities, diversity, and transformative potential of my work — supporting people in various stages of life. I have been working with individuals and families since 1987, and since completing intensive (family) mediation training in 2006, I’ve been fully dedicated to mediation. Since 2010, I’ve also been training fellow professionals in mediation, which continues to deepen my teaching skills and supervision practice.
