ABOUT
Conflict is normal. What matters is how you handle it. I will help you handle it well.
Ing. arch. Eva Barešová, registered mediator
I am a registered mediator and a registered family mediator listed in the Register of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic and an accredited member of the Czech Association of Mediators. I work with the non-profit organisation Aperio, z.s. on their Family Doesn’t End with Divorce programme, serving as expert guarantor for work with children and facilitator of support groups for children whose parents are separating. I also teach mediation in the Mediation for Educators training programme run by Aisis, z.s.
I am married, have two teenage children, and love being out in nature.
MEDIATION AND ARCHITECTURE?
I studied Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the Czech Technical University in Prague. However, during my studies already, I realised that I was even more interested in working with people than in architecture. As the daughter of a family therapist and a lawyer, disputes of all kinds are somewhat familiar to me. I don’t see them as something negative or unsolvable, but as a valuable source of change and growth. That is why I decided to help people in conflict on a professional level. My architectural background, meanwhile, gives me quick and practical insight into resolving disputes related to construction.
